At present English language is the most widespread in the world. This language is considered an international language of dialogue and is studied in various educational institutions of almost all countries of the world. In due time the impulse for mass studying of this language in our country was given by rough economic development of the USA which has begun after long years of "great depression». According to English of bureau of transfers this language was studied in many countries in connection with a mass stream of immigrants from "Third World countries" in the USA in the late eighties - the beginning of the ninetieth. At that time states willingly accepted immigrants from every corner of the globe.
