I have many friends and l always want help all of them. For example, my friend Jim thinks what he very fat. I tell him that it is not, but he don't listen me. Now, i advice him walk in gym and eat healthy food and he is doing this. Maybe, this don't need it, but this can help raise his self-esteem.
