                                             A healthy life A healthy life is like - Getting up at 7 am and going to sleep at 10 pm. To be healthy you need to eat healthy food like- salad, broccoli or something else. To be healthy you have to do at least running. I like to play tennis, that keeps me healthy. And something else that keeps me healthy is eating good food for you. Not like Macdonalds or KFC. I like to eat healthy cause I know that it will keep my figure. I like to do something active on day time cause I know it keeps me healthy too! Have you tried eating healthy? I did, and I think you should too. If you just sit and watch tv and do nothing. Umm, then it is mostly likely that you will put on some weight. And one more thing- to eat healthy you have to go to a healthy grocery store, not a store that has lots of junk food. So it's your choice to pick, I pick healthy life, but you can pick junk life, as I say this is your choice who to be!!!!!!! Пожалуйста::::::::)))))))).
