Don't worry! Check whether you have correctly connected the power supply to the refrigerator
Anyway, you always can take your refrigerator back to the store for warranty card within two weeks from the date of purchase of goods.
Hopefully you make it a habit of keeping your receipts and paperwork for large scale purchases such as a new refrigerator.....
