In all the industrial countries standards of living are steadily changing; this means that the kind of education, which was good enough thirty years ago, is not necessarily good for them today. The serious need to find ways and means of ensuring continuous and thorough adoption of the universities to contemporary needs in our rapidly changing world is widely recognized. And this means that styles of teaching, quality of learning materials and organization of the university it self have to be continuously brought up to date and improved.

Во всех промышленно развитых странах уровень жизни неуклонно меняется; это означает, что вид образования, который был достаточно хорош тридцать лет назад, не обязательно хорошо для них сегодня. Серьезная необходимость найти пути и средства обеспечения непрерывную и тщательную принятие университетов современным потребностям в нашем быстро меняющемся мире широко признается. И это означает, что стили преподавания, качество учебных материалов и организации университета это сам должен быть постоянно доведена до даты и совершенствуется.
