Это всё условные предложения второго типа. Форма глагола "to be"-"were" используется со всеми лицами, однако, учитывая современную тенденцию с 1 и 3 л.ед.ч. допускается использовать "was". Этот вариант дан в скобках, но он менее предпочтителен.
