I think is better to eat oatmeal for breakfast than sandwiches .Because it consist from a large amount of carbohydrate and a fraction of fat. In addition this kind of dish can be prepared very quickly. It can be prepared combining it with  sugar,salt,milk,honey and others. I eat oatmeal every day and i feel helathy. I advice you to start eat only healthy food.
