[latex]\frac{3x-1}{2-x} - 1 = \frac{3x-1}{2-x} - \frac{2-x}{2-x} = \frac{4x - 3}{2-x} = 4*\frac{x - 3/4}{2-x} \ \textgreater \ 0[/latex]
x ∈ (-∞; -2) ∪ (3\4; ∞)
