Healthy food is very important for a man. Eating fresh vegetables and fruit as well meat and dairy products have a great impact on our lifestyle. If you work hard, you diet should contain more protein, If you work not so much physically too much protein and fat can be harmful. As to me I try to keep to healthy diet. In the morning I eat cereals and drink some tea. At eleven o'clock I eat some apples. For lunch I usually have some soup and chicken with potatoes or rice. I can also eat some sweets after lunch. In the evening for supper I usually have salad with meat. However at the weekend I can eat some junk food such as chips and hamburgers. But I never drink Coca-cola. So I think I should stop eating this junk food. When summer comes, I shall be eating a lot of fresh vegetables.
