I have been to your cinema on 2nd July for the movie Titanic. It was a great surprise that you decided to show this classical movie. However, the experience of watching made me feel pretty frustrated. At first I was glad to see some children come to watch this great movie, but they were so excited that charted loudly during the show time. What I could not accept was that there was no staff to warn them, and actually I did not see staff in the video hall at all. Another problem made me could not enjoyed the movie was that the quality of the sound effect was bad. It was not only small but also unclear.  If the problems above had not happened, I could have totally injected myself into the touching movie. So I recommend that several staffs should stay in the video hall to help audiences as well as correct some misbehaviours. Besides, movies being shown are supposed to be ensure the quality on behalf of customers.  I love your cinema and often go there with my family. I hope you can find my suggestion useful.
