I love Sundays for several reasons. For me, this is the Lord's day and I get to go to His house to worship Him. Second reason is that I get to see all of my children, grandchildren and my wonderful DIL and handsome SIL's. Then after lunch I get to rest. I love Sundays because it's a day I am usually so in tune with myself.  Today has been no different. I heard a wonderful Sermon by our Minister that really made me think on my spirituality. Then I had lunch with most of my children and their families. I was so proud of myself because I did a good job with ordering my lunch! I scaled back (because they chose a Mexican restaurant and I LOVE Mexican food!) and only ordered a (yes, that's as in ONE) Tamale! I ate it slowly and did a lot of talking and actually felt full and satisfied by the time I left the restaurant. So I tell myself..."See, I CAN do it!" I'm now getting ready to go for my walk. Today is a nice leisurely walk in the wonderful fall sunshine going to my daughter's who I didn't get to have lunch with. I will have a nice iced tea and chat and walk back home. I got a new pedometer (a cheapy) and yesterday I walked over 2600 steps to her house and back. I'm not sure what that means exactly but it's sure a lot more than I had been doing.  Hope today is bringing a lot of good things to all you good spark people! I do enjoy reading your blogs whether I make a comment or not....so keep at it. Losing weight can be fun!

1.By the beginning of the week all I want is for the week to end already. 2.Is probably because I know that Friday means that the weekend has arrived. 3.After having a week full of compromises, lack of sleep and no entertainment all I want is some rest, and there is not a better time to do it than the weekend. 4.I would not say that my favorite day of the week is Monday 5. Because honestly I hate Mondays, Monday means time to get serious and get all-important things done, but for me, Fridays are the opposite. 6.It means that the time to have fun, sleep and not to anything is here. 7.There are two reasons why my favorite day of the week over all the rest of the days is Friday.8.First of all, I love waking up on a Friday morning knowing that all I have to do is go to work, attend my class, and after.9.There is no going to sleep early, or waking up early in the morning for work or school.10.Every Friday when I wake up I get the same exact feeling, the feeling of knowing that Friday is the perfect day to be a different person, and that I am going to have the time to do all the activities I was unable to complete during the week because of my busy schedule.11. In addition, when I get to the very end of my stressful week besides the fact that I can not wait to start enjoying my weekend I get to feel joy and relief. 12.In the other hand, besides the fact that I love Fridays.13.Because I now that I have accomplished all of my weekly goals.14.I also love it because that means that I am finally going to spend time with the people I love the must. 15.On Fridays I get to plan my weekend with my family.16. Because since during the week we all have busy schedules with work, school, and so on.
