Against: 1.Young teachers haven't got big experience. 2.They don't have as much practice as experienced teachers at school. 3.They are young and not so strict that's why children often behave awfully at their lessons. 4.They can't conduct the lessons on the high level as experienced teachers do . For : 1.Young teachers have great enthusiasm, and are eager to work as a teachers. 2.They have got fresh knowledge to share with pupils. 3.Young teachers are not much older than some of pupils of 11th forms .So they can understand them better than the old teachers. 4.Young teachers don't have many requirements
