Cool the burn under cold running water for at least ten minutes, loosely cover the burn with cling firm or clean plastic bag and then if necessary, call the ambulance. (при ожогах) 3. Help the person sit in a comfortable position and take their medication and reassure later on if the person needs help (При панической атаке) 4. Hit them firmly on their back between the shoulder blades to dislodge the object.(Если сильно поперхнулся)
