Ответь на вопросы: Is watching tv good for your health? Is playing musical instruments easy? What are your main characteristics?

I think that watching Tv is not good for my health. It hurts my eyes. I think playing musical instruments is not easy because it takes energy and patience. I am  kind , helpful and friendly.
