Помогите с сочинением на тему "my additude towards spending time outdoors"

I like spend a lot of time outside the door. I think that it doesn't depend of do it alone or with my friends. Of cose walk whit friends really fun, but walk alone it's more for relaxing. You go to the park in the fresh air and can listen a lot of beautiful sounds  around you. It can be the birds singing or people laugh.Some time I can just read the book outside the door. Some time I just watch the people. And to be honest, this is the best moments of my life.I enjoy it.
