My grandmother taught me to cook stunning Ukrainian borsch. Last month, we organized a family dinner and I made this dish. There are a lot of vegetables in it that is why it has such a rich taste and wonderful color. My soup turned out dark-red and a spoon of white sour cream decorated it. Everyone liked my borsch, especially my grandfather. He asked an incremental portion and said that a special flavor to my borsch gave the finely chopped parsley and dill, that I put into the ready dish. It was very tasty.
