1. Our office is interested in buying your compressors. Last month we sent our enquiries for compressors to some foreign firms. We have already received quotations from four firms. They are offering us compres­sors of the latest design. Our people considered the prices, the terms and the technical information of those offers. On the whole, the terms and conditions are acceptable to us, but we find that the compressors of Jarret & Co. suit us best of all. They are the best on the world market now. We believe, the prices of your compressors are not higher than the prices of other firms. They are quite competitive. The other day the Sales Manager of Jarret & Co. arrived in Moscow and we are going to have talks with him one of these days and settle all the necessary problems. 2. The firm is to deliver us the goods in two lots. They have already shipped us the first lot. As regards the remaining goods they will ship them after they receive a cable from us. 3. Mr. Freeman said that they would give us a discount of 3 per cent if we placed a larger order with them. They are offering us their machines at the price of £  each.
