Мне нужно написать письмо , образец письма я прикладываю во вложен??и.
Тема такая : Я купил телевизор в магазине и у него не работает звук.
И теперь я пишу письмо-жалобу.
Пожалуйста , нужно срочно.
Образец может быть с ошибками( тк я писал под диктовку).
В образце описывается ситуация , что я летел в самолете и мой багаж потеряли.

Гость I am writing this letter to air my complaints about the quality of the product - TV set - that I purchased recently and also about my deep dissatisfaction about the service of the seller. The primary cause of mine is that the sound of the TV set doesn't work properly. A fter spending several wasted hours trying to find out the potential problem, the product's sound system would not work as it's supposed to; I am therefore returning the product to you for correction. I look forward to receiving your explanation of these matters.
