если я правильно поняла - для каждой фразы надо написать эквивалент - т.е. как можно тоже самое сказать другими словами, точнее синонимы. to perform functions-the scope of activities-native abilities managers of departments-sales managers-sales force top managers - the working foreman-staffing  trial and error- to learn from study and experience- вот эти два почему то никуда не походят humanities a set of customers
