Super Simple Omelette  (4 servings) :  6 eggs;  4 slices of any cheese;  butter - 1 tablespoon;  milk (about 3 tablespoons);  parsley or dill - chopped;  6 thin slices of any ham or sausage;  Mix eggs and milk in bowl with a fork until completely mixed together and yolks are broken.  Break the cheese and ham into small slices and mix into eggs and milk.  Melt butter in a pan and fry the omelette well on both sides, 5-6 min. per side, under the lid. Salt to taste, garnish with chopped parsley or dill.
