Второе - she will meet, потому что действие она(she) совершает сама.
В третьем действие тоже ищем подлежащее. Это the porter. Подлежащее совершает действие само, или действие совершается над ним? "Портье принесет ваш багаж в комнату". Видим, что действие совершается именно подлежащим. Значит, пассива тут нет.
А вот в четвертом подлежащее действие не совершает. Подлежащее - Your luggage- поднимут в лифте. Значит, это пассив, выбираем be brought. Получаем предложение Your luggage will be brought up in the lift.
