Earthquakes are one of the most terrible natural disasters causing not only devastating destructions, but also carrying-away tens and hundreds thousands human lives. Earthquakes always caused horror the force, unpredictability, consequences. The person in such cases feels given to power "God's anger". Terrestrial твердь, the most firm in representation of the person, suddenly is mobile, it rises waves and breaks up deep gorges. Earthquakes of different force and in different points of the globe occur constantly, leading to huge material damage and victims among the population. Therefore scientists of the different countries don't leave attempts to define the earthquake nature, to establish its reasons and, the most important, to learn to foretell it that, unfortunately, except for isolated cases yet it isn't possible.
