First works are directed to improve the process of vacuum crystallization, centrifugation, separation of suspensions. 2. The professor Glib Znamenskiy conducted researches and created the theories of centrifugation, evaporation, filtration, crystallization of sugar. He is the author of books "Technical hydraulics for Sugar", "Pumps and Compressors", "Technological equipment refineries." 3. In our University study the creation of mechanization transported and hard works in food industry. The main aim was related to develop package technique, and with the creation of mechanization works with food products in paper, polymer, cardboard, glass and metal consumer packaging becomes easier. 4. Vsevolod Stabnikov- the author of theoretical models of recreation surface on contact phases, certain ways of theory of the modeling, methods of calculation exchange machines. He is the founder of only school in Ukraine with exchange process in food production, and his works have found wide practical uses in food industries.
